Richard ter Borg was called to the bar in 1977. He was in the general practice of law for seven years in Richmond before joining the ICBC litigation department where he practiced personal injury law for 18 years.
Prior to his call to the bar, Mr. ter Borg earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia. His pre-law studies were at the University of Alberta.
Richard now acts exclusively for plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance claims. His recreational interests include golf, curling, skiing, softball and bridge.
