Karen E. Munro was called to the bar in 1997. She has been with Stephens and Holman since 1998, and has conducted trials at both the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, as well as having acted as counsel at numerous case mediations.
Prior to her call to the bar, Ms. Munro earned her law degree from the University of British Columbia. Her pre-law studies were at the University of Calgary, where she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communication Studies. Ms. Munro is currently a member of the Trial Lawyers’ Association of British Columbia and has been a presenter at a seminar and a contributor to a publication produced by that organization.
Ms. Munro is also the mother of two young children. When not engaged as a lawyer, Ms. Munro’s time is joyfully occupied with her family.
